Are you or anyone in your family finding it hard to cope with HAE?

Do you sometimes struggle to remain positive living with HAE?

Would you like the tools to help you cope with HAE?

Come and meet with others that share your story.

HAE Australasia is teaming up with Dr Chris Basten, Clinical Psychologist to facilitate small group workshops on living with HAE.

Dr Basten presented at the HAE Australasia 2015 Patient Conference in Sydney and we had such a great response to his talk. From this Dr Basten has created small group workshops that will give you the opportunity to meet others with HAE, feel heard and connected, and learn more about what others find hard about living with HAE, and learn as a group how to live well and adapt to life with HAE.

Patients in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth have found these sessions to be most useful.

An Auckland workshop is being held on Saturday 1st April from 3PM.  Afternoon tea will be provided and the expected finish time is around 6PM.

A travel grant of up to $300 per person are available on a first in first served basis for patients living outside of Auckland to help bring you to the workshop.

If you are interested and would like to find out more about this opportunity, please contact Olivia at Olivia@haeaustralasia.org.au
